Job Details
We are currently looking for hospitalist physicians to provide coverage at a 47-bed hospital in Eastern MI. It is located near the beautiful Huron National Forest. Physicians must be board certified in Internal Medicine; preferably with strong cardiac skills. The patient census is 8-15 patients per day; with 2-4 admissions. The ICU is open and physicians must have BLS and ACLS. Required procedures include vent management, intubation, EKG interpretation and cardiac stress test interpretation. Other procedures such as lines and paracentesis are preferred; but not required. Credentialing takes 30-45 days. We offer great compensation, paid travel, housing and A++ malpractice.
